LETTER: Feral cats are a problem

Two weeks ago some man in a white SUV vogue minivan dumped off a cat by using our apartment. He is aware of who he is. We ultimately caught the cat but no longer before it tore up a garage display and left feces and urine all over our new storage. all and sundry out right here has issue with feral cats. Why aren't cat owners held to the same laws dog house owners are? My canine don't go to others property and do what they want. now not to point out the damage they do to natural world. I see these cats out right here americans claim to personal kill child rabbits and birds only for enjoyable, they don't even devour them, just kill. Time for a legislations & make them have rabies photographs.
