Lawsuit Filed in opposition t Rachael Ray’s dog food brand, Claiming ‘probably dangerous’ Chemical

big apple (CBS) — a brand new York man is suing Rachael Ray's pet food company for $5 million, asserting it contains a deadly chemical.

The Wrap reviews the lawsuit accuses "Nutrish" of advertising its food as herbal but that an impartial lab look at various shows it contains glyphosate, a chemical found in weed killer.

"Rachael Ray Nutrish holds itself out to the general public as a relied on skilled in the sourcing and processing of pet food," the lawsuit states. "No not pricey buyer would predict this controversial and potentially unsafe artificial chemical to be present in 'herbal' pet food."

mum or dad business Smucker sent a press release to The Wrap announcing that "we never use parts in our items that hurt pets" and introduced that the business plans to "aggressively preserve ourselves against this misleading lawsuit."
