JENSEN beach — Two cats died after a weekend condominium fireplace, however no individuals had been injured, a Martin County fireplace Rescue legit stated Monday.

Crews have been referred to as at eleven:25 p.m. Saturday to an address within the 3500 block of Northeast Sandra drive, noted Doug Killane, fireplace Rescue bureau chief of fireplace prevention.

Killane said crews arrived at 11:30 p.m. and saw smoke coming from the eaves. Crews went in and extinguished the hearth.

The householders weren't there at the time, Killane spoke of. Two cats died. The trigger is beneath investigation.
