LETTER: Feral cats are a problem

Two weeks in the past some man in a white SUV fashion minivan dumped off a cat by way of our house. He knows who he's. We eventually caught the cat but now not earlier than it tore up a garage monitor and left feces and urine all over our new storage. each person out here has issue with feral cats. Why don't seem to be cat house owners held to the same legal guidelines dog owners are? My canines don't go to others property and do what they want. now not to mention the damage they do to flora and fauna. I see these cats out right here individuals claim to own kill child rabbits and birds just for fun, they don't even devour them, simply kill. Time for a law & make them have rabies pictures.
