BARCS Waiving Adoption charges For Cats Adopted On Ravens crimson Friday

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — The Baltimore Animal Rescue and Care protect (BARCS) is celebrating the start of football season by using waiving adoption expenses for cats adopted on Ravens pink Friday.

BARCS is waiving adoption fees cats and kittens adopted on Friday, Oct. 5 at their main take care of and different save places.
