Kentucky basketball takes a tumble in right 25. See the place Cats landed.

After a catastrophic week that saw Kentucky blown out by a despised rival and battle against a mid-fundamental program, the Cats dropped eight spots to No. 10 in the associated Press right 25 faculty basketball ballot released Monday.

while UK eventually righted the ship to beat Southern Illinois by means of 12 on Friday evening, it seemed disjointed and trailed much of that video game on the heels of searching absolutely overmatched against the now No. 1 Duke Blue Devils in an embarrassing 118-84 loss in both teams' season openers.

Duke claimed 48 of sixty five first-area votes. The Jayhawks fell to No. 2 regardless of a high quality win of their personal against then-No. 10 Michigan State. The Spartans dropped to No. 17.

Gonzaga turned into third, adopted via Virginia and Tennessee to round out the right five.
