Essex County government Joseph DiVincenzo Jr. took to facebook Monday to reply to what he study within the file.

"Having canine run free is not allowed in Essex county parks, including South Mountain Reservation, and poses a security chance for other people having fun with our open areas as neatly because the canines," he talked about.
